1. MedDossier supports patient-authorized record preparation, translation, and controlled sharing. It is not a doctor, diagnosis service, prescription service, emergency service, treatment advice service, formal second opinion, hospital recommendation service, or admission guarantee.

2. Uploading records does not authorize external sharing.

3. Hospital or care-team sharing requires explicit authorization and must stay inside the scope agreed by the patient or authorized representative.

4. The patient can narrow or revoke the scope of authorization for future handling at any time.
